Fairfax-based ManTech International Corporation (NASDAQ: MANT) won a prime contract to provide services to the United States Department of the Navy, Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) in Norfolk, Virginia.
ManTech services to the Navy will include continuing logistics, analytical and program support.
Terry M. Ryan, president and chief operating officer of ManTech's Systems Engineering and Advanced Technology group, stated, "ManTech has extensive experience providing logistics support services to our current customers. We look forward to continuing our support to FISC by providing unique skills and competencies for three core service areas - Logistics Supply Chain Management, Business Management, and Quality Management. We are excited for the opportunity to operate as an extended member of the Navy Supply Systems Command Team."
The single-award contract is worth up to $6.8 Million with one base year and four option periods.
